Having graduated from the Moscow Automobile Manufacture Institute (VTUZ – Higher Technical School of ZIL Automotive Factory), Anton not only collected a diploma but also got a practical experience at the factory. The principle of VTUZ was parallel study of technical and scientific subjects and advancing at different levels at the factory: from a worker to a product engineer. Mechanician, test driver, engineer-trainee... Being at the fifth year of studies in 1993 Anton noticed the article “We invite authors” in “Za rulem” magazine... and made a sharp turn. Anton doesn’t think that he betrayed the profession of engineer, he just began to implement the education that he had received not in a Research and Development Establishment or in a factory but in parallel sphere.
Following the principle of VTUZ, he advanced at every grade in the magazine, first of all as a reporter, then an editor, then as a head of department, unless he became the editor-in-chief of Za rulem.
In autumn of 2014 Anton made a turn again – this time to radio, accepting the invitation to start from scratch a project of a radio station with a brand-new format for our country.
In October of 2014 Anton Chuykin entered the jury of “TOP-5 AUTO”. In February of 2015 he became a chairman of the jury with the support of the vast majority of jury members.
